Fuerst Day Lawson is organised into 3 business units: Food & Beverage Ingredients, Specialities and Food Service. Within these units we supply not only the raw ingredients, but also offer complete solutions from concepts through to new product development.

There are a number of corporate functions involved, including: Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Compliance & Sustainability, HR, IT, Marketing and Finance; all of which support the corporate management and business units in their activities.
