As reported by Fructidor.com, according to studies by a team of American researchers published in the Newspaper “Alzheimer Disease”, consumption of Apples can delay many aspects of Alzheimer’s Disease. Apples contain a flavoide called Quercetine, and is in comparison to the other fruits and the vegetables found to contain the highest levels of this flavanoid which could aid the prevention against the Alzheimer's disease.
